The construction begins with 75D high-stretch T800 outer laminated to a TPU translucent white membrane and 30D inner layer, with taffeta lining. The fleece version uses a 380 gsm liner; a down-liner version is also listed. During development, the material, zipper, pocket, hood or collar, cuff and hem choices are reviewed as one system so the finished garment keeps a coherent balance of function, comfort and cost.

The fit and layering allowance can be tuned through the approved sample, while the selected color direction gives the same construction a different visual character. Clear sample notes carry each approved detail forward into production.

After sample approval, the confirmed specification becomes the reference for material booking, bulk sewing, in-process checks and final shipment review.
