The construction begins with 100D mechanical-stretch shell fabric with taffeta lining and a 360 gsm bonded coral-fleece liner. Key details include Outer shell and removable fleece liner system, 100D mechanical-stretch shell fabric, 360 gsm bonded coral-fleece liner, Heat-sealed seam construction. During development, the material, zipper, pocket, hood or collar, cuff and hem choices are reviewed as one system so the finished garment keeps a coherent balance of function, comfort and cost.
